- Cash, credit cards, passports, flight-related documents and other important or valuable belongings cannot be held by the service. Please carry these items with you. Where luggage does not meet legal requirements, the company may refuse to provide the service even in case the reservation process has been completed in advance. In such cases, the customer must accept full responsibility for loss and/or legal liability
Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with e-ticket within two days. Tours and tickets are subjected to availability.
How to Use
•Please present QR code and 6-digit verification code at JAL ABC of Kansai Airport for check-in luggage.
•Please present the luggage receipt to the concierge to pick up your luggage at your reserved hotel.

- You can present a printed or mobile copy of the voucher/ticket for this activity
- The voucher/ticket is valid only on the date and time specified
- Changi Recommends and the appointed operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence
- The e-ticket/e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion
- Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Changi Recommends and the appointed merchant
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affects tour departure or ticket/voucher invalidity, customers will be notified and be advised accordingly
- No refunds will be entertained for cancellations
- There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor
- In the event of late comers/no show, it would be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given
