With some exhibition panels, we illustrate the whole process of how sugarcane is grown, from planting to harvesting
Please learn the process of the production of kokuto. Our staff clearly explain how to make kokuto, whose process is not so familiar to people.
４．Processing Chamber Tour
After the factory tour, you will be shown to our kokuto processing chamber.
We show you the whole process of how the condensed kokuto is made into kokuto product, and the product is packed into a bag. Also explained are the ingredients and the effectiveness of kokuto.
Following the explanation of our staff, you can enjoy pouring condensed kokuto into a Shisa mold. It takes about 20 minutes for the kokuto to get cool and congealed. It’s so exciting to see how well the Shisa’s intricate face is made, isn’t it?
