We provide a beginner-friendly lesson for those who never used knives, who have made only sunny-side up eggs, and those who have a sense of difficulty in making stewed dishes. Also welcome are guys who are looking for new hobbies even if they are real beginners. We are sure you will find it interesting to cook! You will make Japanese dishes such as sushi roll, grilled chicken with sweet soy sauce, clear dashi soup with Kyoto vegetable and Tofu, and Green tea ice cream. You can learn the origin of Kyo-ryori (local cuisine of Kyoto) based on its geographical and historical features. Enjoy the dishes you have made with all your heart and also the conversation with other participants. This session enables you to learn the methods of cooking, how to choose materials, and to share the experiences of making exotic dishes.
