Head over to the attractions & tours page on the destinations you are planning to visit. Select the attractions & tours you are keen and select the following before you add to bag:

  • Ticket/admission quantity
  • Date of visit (if any)
  • Time of visit (if any)

Once you have done with the choosing the attractions & tours, click Check Out; otherwise click Continue Shopping to purchase other attractions and tours that catches your interest.

Yes, you can only use the tickets on the dates you've selected for attractions and tours that comes with date selection.

Otherwise, you are free to use them on any date as long as it is used within the stated period.

Please read and refer to the fine prints stated on each attraction & tour, including the confirmation email on the utilization of the tickets and passes.

The dates could be blocked by the operating partner or that the dates are not open yet. Try selecting a different date or visit the website when the date draws near.

For online purchases on www.changirecommends.com, we accept payments made on any VISA or MasterCard credit and debit cards.

For direct purchases at Changi Recommends booths in Singapore Changi Airport, we take Cash, NETS and payments on any VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay, America Express and JCB credit and debit cards.

All transactions will be processed through a secured e-payment system.

Changi Recommends does not store and (or) hold any of credit/debit card details in the system. All transactions processed pertaining to your credit and (or) debit card details when payment is made online, are stored securely in the payment gateway system. Changi Recommends does not have any access to the card details. This is to preserve the confidentiality of you, as the consumer to our website.

You should get an email confirmation for every successful purchase and booking. Do check your email inbox and spam (just in case it went in there) for email from Changi Recommends.

At the same time, please check with the card issuing bank to confirm if a transaction has been made successfully. It should reflect in the bank statement.

If the transaction does not reflect in the bank statement and there is no email confirmation, please try to make a purchase again.

There is a field "Promo" for you to enter the promo code at the Check Out page.

Make sure that the promo code is within its validity. The discount will be applied and reflected on the payment page. An error message will be prompted for invalid promo codes entered.

It is recommended to purchase them online to guarantee availability due to the need for advanced reservations with the operating partners. Attractions & tours that are available for online purchase may not be available for in-store purchase at Changi Recommends booths in Singapore Changi Airport.

You will get the confirmation email within 24 hours from the time when the transaction is completed successfully.

You will get another email containing either the e-ticket or e-voucher for redemption/utilization subsequently. Keep a lookout for emails from Changi Recommends.

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. However, if you have purchased our Loss Coverage, refunds are allowed. Please email in to attractions@changirecommends.com.sg with the following information to submit your claims:

  1. Order number
  2. Details of incident
  3. Relevant supporting documents
