Fah Lanna Spa is the multi-award-winning day spa located at two locations. It is one of the largest day spas in the city.
1. In the heart of the historic Old City of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. With 25 treatment rooms.
2. In the trendy shopping area at Nimman of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. With 11 treatment rooms.
The design of the spa and all the treatments is inspired by nature and traditional Northern Thai Lanna history and culture. Local wisdom and traditional Thai medical and herbal healing methods are implemented and kept alive. Each of the private treatment room is individually designed and decorated to showcase the traditional skills of the artisans that work at the spa.

What You Get

- At the check-out page, please indicate your preferred time slot and branch. The exact time slot will be confirmed by Fah Lanna Spa. Your preferred time is subject to availability of the therapist/masseur
- Complimentary round-trip transfer service is provided within the Chiang Mai city area. Please indicate hotel name or location at the check-out page. Should the location be outside of the city area, an additional fee will be required, which is payable directly to the driver upon pick-up. Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time which will be informed to you on your e-voucher. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the hotel lobby, thereafter they would inform Fah Lanna Spa of "no show".
- The complimentary transfer service is a shared transfer, you may be sharing with others. Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays during pick-up.

- If you are not using the optional complimentary transfer service, please indicate option at the check-out page. Please arrive at the selected spa branch 15 minutes (on your own) before your appointment to fill out the consultation card
- Fah Lanna Spa will only keep the appointment for 15 minutes maximum. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes after the appointment time. Fah Lanna Spa reserves the right to give the appointment slot other customers. Should there be a "no show" for the appointment, there will be no refund.
- Should you showed up late and no therapist/masseur or rooms are available, your appointment may be rescheduled to a later date or time at the discretion of Fah Lanna Spa and will be subject to availability
- Allocating treatment rooms: Fah Lanna Spa will assign customers of the same booking into the same treatment room(s). Should you require a separate room, please indicate at the check-out page
How To Use
- Present your e-voucher at the selected spa branch counter
- If you selected to take the complimentary transfer service, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time indicated in your e-voucher.

Terms and Conditions
- Changi Recommends and the appointed operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence
- The e-ticket/e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion
- Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Changi Recommends and the appointed merchant
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affects tour departure or ticket/voucher invalidity, customers will be notified and be advised accordingly
- No refunds will be entertained for cancellations
- There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilised by the visitor
- In the event of late comers/no show, it would be considered as cancellation and no refund will be given
