  • Ticket does not include entry to 'Super Scary Labyrinth of Fear', special events, skate rental shoes, bowling alley and coin attractions.

  • Japan passport holders are not permitted to enter the theme park with the Fuji-Q Highland tickets purchased from Changi Recommends. Japanese citizens are not eligible to purchase Fuji-Q Highland tickets.

  • Fuji-Q Highland tickets do not include bus and train transfers.

  • Tickets are not available for sale in Japan.

  • Ticket must be presented at the attraction ticket box for entry.

  • Changi Recommends and the merchant will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damage caused by individual’s negligence.

  • Changi Recommends will not be responsible for the loss of ticket caused by individual’s negligence.

  • The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash and used on more than one occasion.

  • The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in Singapore dollars.

  • Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Changi Recommends and the appointed merchant.

Shinjuku Station (South Exit)  Take Chuo Highway Bus Fujigoko Line – 100 minutes

Tokyo Station (Yaesu Exit)  Take Chuo Highway Bus – 110 minutes

 Shibuya Mark City  Take Tomei Highway Bus – 120 minutes 

*Shuttle services to Fuji Q Highland have to be reserved separately here.


Shinjuku Station  Take JR Chuo Main Line - approximately 60 minutes to Otsuki Station. Transfer to *Fujikyu Line to Fuji-Q Highland - approximately 50 minutes

*Fujikyu Line is a private railway line, customers have to pay in Yen for the train ride to Fuji-Q Highland.
