On our Rome Secret Food Tour, you will have the opportunity to try some of the finest Italian foods in this world famous city. How to Use
Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with e-ticket/e-voucher within two days. Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FOOD TOUR?
The foods and stops may have some variations during the different seasons, but do not worry, no matter the season, you will always end the tour happy and full. If you want more alcohol (and who doesn't?) We offer a upgraded drinks package that gives you 3 drinks, tax and tip included.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EVENING TOUR AND THE MORNING TOUR?
The morning tour includes a visit to the local Campo dei Fiori market, and the evening tour focus more on a relaxed visit of Rome by night. Apart from this, it is the same as the morning tour.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE SUNDAY TOUR ?
While the regular tour starts in Piazza Navona from Monday to Saturday and focus more on the magnificent monuments of the Baroque Rome, with a mix of Roman classic specialties and highest quality Italian foods, the Sunday Tour guides you into a quest of the history of the Imperial ancient Rome, and serves a selections of exclusive for-Romans-only foods. Our guides are passionate about food and history, and will do entertain you with amazing stories of the Popes and the Emperors while savouring delicious foods.
WHERE IS THE MEETING SPOT?
We will meet under the Brazilian flag outside the Brazilian Embassy in Piazza Navona N.14. Your guide will be waiting for you with an orange umbrella and a big smile.
On the SUNDAY please meet in Piazza della Rotonda, in front of the Pantheon, near the fountain with the obelisk. (See attached photo). You will recognize the guide from the orange umbrella.
IS YOUR FOOD TOUR SUITABLE FOR A VEGETARIAN OR SOMEONE WITH OTHER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
You can always tell our guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements so that way we will adapt the menu so you can enjoy the tour! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate, gluten and lactose free diet. Please note that some of the traditional ships that you will be visiting uses gluten or lactose in all their food.

I AM TRAVELLING WITH MY FAMILY, IS THE TOUR OK FOR INFANTS/CHILDREN?
Children are more than welcome to our tour and it's free for any child 2 years or under! We have had many families attend from all over the world and everyone enjoyed the tour.
I DON'T DRINK WINE. CAN I BOOK YOUR TOUR?
This is not a problem. Just inform our guide before the tour starts. During the tasting you can select another beverage you like!
IS THERE ENOUGH FOOD DURING YOUR TOUR?
We give enough food to all our customers. Trust us, you will not need to go to any restaurant after the food tour!
IS THERE A LOT OF WALKING?
To join our food tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1 hour walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.
