The schedule can only be confirmed 10 days in advance due to availability. If a booking is made before that, confirmation is given within 10 days.
When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued on the day of the cruise: if lowered before 12 pm, service will be held as scheduled. If the signal is lowered after 3 pm, all services will be canceled.
Trips are subject to cancellation in case of bad weather conditions. In such circumstances, you may either book an alternate date or request for a full refund.
Changi Recommends will not be responsible for any loss of tickets caused by individual’s negligence.
The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion.
The value of the e-ticket/e-voucher is in Singapore dollars.
Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket/e-voucher will not be accepted by Changi Recommends and the appointed merchant.
