Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with e-ticket/e-voucher within two days. Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received.
You must exchange your voucher for your tickets prior to boarding. Arrive 30-minutes prior to boarding and collect your ticket(s) from the ticket office at 1 Brock Street, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The boats depart from Crawford Wharf dock adjacent to the ticket office. After picking up your tickets, join the boarding line for your cruise. Note that there is no parking available at the dock, please find parking before exchanging your ticket.
