You will need to exchange your voucher for your tickets prior to boarding. Collect your ticket(s) from the ticket office at 1 Brock Street, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The boats depart from Crawford Wharf dock adjacent to the ticket office. After picking up your tickets, join the boarding line for your cruise. Arrive 15 minutes prior to boarding. Note that there is no parking available at the dock, please ensure you leave enough time to find a spot to park your car first.
