This tour is flexible and allows you to go at your own pace: listen through your headset as your knowledgeable guide narrates the tour, telling you all about Kingston's historic 1840s era and what life was like in a Victorian Canadian city.
Your experience begins at the Visitors Experience Center, where your guide and group will get to know each other. After learning how to use your headset to enhance your tour, you’ll head off. Hear tales about the fires that transformed Kingston and see landmarks including City Hall and Market Square. You’ll also discover many unique artifacts along the walk that exemplify Kingston as a city steeped in history.
Upon purchase of the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with e-ticket/e-voucher within two days. Tours and tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received.
You will need to exchange your voucher for your tickets prior to the tour at 248 Ontario Street (Waterfront Gifts & Apparel Storefront) in Kingston. The tour departs from Kingston Visitor Information Centre, 209 Ontario Street, Kingston. Look for a guide in a green uniform.
